Q1- How do I place an order?

  • In the next step click "continue to shipping" to see the shipping costs and select your preferred payment method, either Visa or cash on delivery.
  • To finalize your purchase, click "complete order" and you will receive a five-digit order number, keep this number handy as you will need it for order tracking / verification.

Q2- What if I received an order that I want to exchange or return?

We have an easy exchange & return policy. You can contact us via our facebook or Instagram page and receive a full refund or exchange within 14 days from receiving it but the order must be in its original condition, package & proof of purchase, as well as paying refund / exchange fee.
